700 people put their problems in Chief Minister’s public hearing program, most were resolved on the spot
Chandigarh, December 4 – Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal today heard the grievances and problems of about 700 people during a public hearing program which lasted for about 4 hours in Karnal. This included complaints related to various departments including education, medical, road construction, police, which were redressed on the spot and necessary instructions to the officers. Some complaints were related to the state level policy, they will be resolved from the Chandigarh Headquarters.
The Chief Minister asked the unemployed youths to register themselves for the job on the newly created Skill Development Corporation portal so that they can get its benefits as per rules. More than 300 complaints were placed before the Chief Minister during the public hearing.
During this, an elderly person complained about a personal matter, on which the Chief Minister immediately directed the Deputy Commissioner Mr. Nishant Kumar Yadav to take appropriate action.
Similarly, during the hearing of a problem, the Chief Minister directed the District Vigilance Team to be more proactive so that cases like fraud can be dealt with immediately.
He directed the officers to prepare a proposal for setting up a bus stand in village Balla on the demand of the Panchayat. The Chief Minister directed the concerned officers to take appropriate action to settle the demands related to appointment of doctor in health centre, construction of library in the village and repair of animal hospital.
On this occasion MLA of Indri Shri Ramkumar Kashyap, Mayor Smt. Renu Bala Gupta, former MLA of Assandh S. Bakshish Singh Virk, Executive Vice President of Swachh Bharat Mission Haryana, Mr. Subhash Chandra, Senior Deputy Mayor Mr. Rajesh Aggi, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Nishant Kumar Yadav, Superintendent of Police Mr. Gangaram Punia, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Yogesh Kumar and officers of other departments were present.
